WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A NUTRITION NATION CONSULTATION
Your first consultation with one of our Perth dietitians is a thorough, one-on-one session designed to give us a complete picture of your health, lifestyle, and goals. We take the time to understand your relevant medical history, current eating patterns, home and work environment, and relationship with food - because no two clients are the same, and neither are their plans.
From there we provide personalised nutrition and lifestyle advice tailored specifically to you. Depending on your needs, this may include meal structuring and portioning guidance, a targeted meal plan, strategies for managing emotional or stress eating, habit change and mindset coaching, education on the relationship between diet and your specific health condition, and practical changes to your home or work food environment.
Follow-up consultations track your progress, refine your plan, and give you the ongoing accountability and support to make your changes stick for the long term.
